I wish I could tell you how and where I found this band, but I honestly can’t remember. All I know is that I really like them!
This is one of those great songs that just makes me want to sing along. Their music seems to have just enough pop and rock mixed together. I don’t know much about them other than that they are from Louisville, KY or, as they say on their Twitter page, “the wild wild east.” 😉 The band was founded in 2010, but came out with their first album (Foreign Land) just last November. I will be interested to watch where they go from here and wish them great success. Keep your eyes out for them as I believe we will be hearing more!
This blogging thing is new to me. I often feel that I am waxing sentimental and then I find a song on my share list that just happens to fit the moment. This is one of those songs. So forgive me for being sentimental once again…I guess it is that time of life.
My son had some friends over this past weekend and it was so fun to hear a group of teenagers downstairs talking, laughing, and playing ping pong. My husband and I suddenly looked at each other and said, “this is almost over.”
Time moves so quickly! One day my life was full with two busy little kiddos and “in the blink of an eye” I have just a few more years until both of my kids will be gone. Where did the years go? It sure doesn’t last long.
