Here is a great new song by The Mowgli’s. The song is from the soundtrack for the new movie, Earth to Echo. I have not seen the movie yet, but the pictures remind me of one of our old favorites, ET. I think every generation needs an ET. 🙂
We had a great weekend with some old friends that we knew when we lived in southern California years ago and who now live in NYC. It is so fun to maintain old friendships and to be able to reconnect. It is incredibly refreshing to have friends who knew me in a different time of my life and who knew my kids when they were little. It just adds such a nice dimension to always being new and having a short history with people. So, having friends on my mind today, this song just seemed to be fitting. Here is a shout out to all my friends … new and old, but particularly the old ones today (which I guess is just about everyone). I miss you and I am grateful for our history.
